How working through New Jobs looks
New Jobs signs an Employee Leasing Agreement with the company where you will work. The agreement clearly states the job position, number of workers, duration of employment and monthly compensation. You are formally employed by New Jobs as your legal employer, while you carry out your duties at the client’s workplace under their instructions.
At the end of each month, work is calculated according to the agreement, and we issue an invoice for the completed work. Our operations are licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy of the Republic of Croatia.
What we handle
Documentation
We manage the entire process related to work and residence permits for foreign workers, employment contracts and all required paperwork.
Accommodation
We arrange your accommodation or the employer provides it, depending on the agreement. You always know where you will be staying before arriving in Croatia.
Healthcare
You are entitled to the same healthcare as Croatian citizens. This includes a general practitioner, dentist and, for women, a gynecologist.
Salary
Your salary is paid once a month directly to your bank account, regardless of which client you work for.
