For Employers

Looking for workers?

How employee leasing works

New Jobs and your company sign an Employee Leasing Agreement. The agreement clearly defines the job positions, number of workers, duration of cooperation and the monthly service fee. Workers are formally employed by New Jobs as their legal employer, while they perform their duties at your workplace under your instructions.

At the end of each month, work is calculated according to the agreement and New Jobs issues an invoice for the provided service. Our operations are licensed and supervised by the relevant Croatian state authorities, including the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.

Our role

What we handle

Job request and position profile

We define the positions, number of workers and conditions, and start the search.

Selection and interviews

We conduct pre-selection, check availability and interview candidates.

Employment

We select candidates and establish the employment relationship with New Jobs as the employer.

Permits and documentation

We prepare and submit applications for residence and work permits, and visas if needed.

Arrival and accommodation

We organise travel to Croatia, accommodation and welcome the workers upon arrival.

Start of work and ongoing support

We handle initial administrative obligations, opening bank accounts, access to healthcare, transport and provide continuous support.

Steps

The entire process in four stages

01

We receive your request

You provide the job descriptions, number of workers and working conditions. We take care of everything else.

02

We find and select candidates

We search, verify experience, conduct interviews and propose a vetted shortlist.

03

We prepare permits and organise arrival

We submit applications for permits and visas, and arrange travel and accommodation.

04

We introduce workers to the job and offer support

We welcome them, complete administrative steps, bring them to your location and remain available throughout their assignment.

Process duration

How long the process takes and where workers come from

The timeframe depends on whether the worker is already in Croatia with a valid permit or arriving from abroad. The usual duration is between thirty and sixty days, depending on the worker’s country of origin and the type of job. It is recommended to start the process early. We source candidates both locally and internationally. Most frequently, workers come from Nepal, the Philippines, India and Bangladesh.
